Waterside Candles After-Sales Policy

However, due to the nature of our small-batch production, we have set policies in place to ensure fairness to both our valued customers and our business.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✔ A photo of the damaged item and packaging as proof.
✔ Your order number and details.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. In some cases, we may request that you return the item before processing a refund.
2️⃣ Returns for Unused Candles (Change of Mind)
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and your candle is unused and unburned, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
✔ Customers must cover return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
✔ The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
✔ Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
❌ Candles that have been burned or used.
❌ Custom or personalized orders.
❌ Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
❌ Limited Edition & Seasonal Candles – All sales are final on these products.
4️⃣ Scent Preferences
We understand that fragrance is subjective. However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference. To ensure you love a fragrance before committing, we recommend trying a smaller size first, if available.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
